How quickly will my inquiry be answered?
Inquiries will typically be addressed within 1-2 business days.  

How do I place a wholesale order with Cryo Therapy, Inc.?
We prefer to receive purchase orders via email at [email protected]. However, you can also submit your purchase order to us via phone, fax, or mail. Please see above for our contact information.

Can I resell CRYOCUP™ on Amazon?
No. Additionally we require that if you are a distributor, your buyers are likewise excluded from selling CRYOCUP on any Amazon platforms.

Is there a Minimum Advertised Price for CRYOCUP®?
The MAP for CRYOCUP® is equal to the MSRP, currently $8.99 for a set of two. Certain discounts may be allowed for bundled sales - please contact us for details. 

When will Cryo Therapy, Inc. ship my wholesale order?
Cryo Therapy, Inc. generally ships orders on Fridays. While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that due to order size or inventory status, it may be up to 30 days before your order ships.  

Can I place a rush wholesale order?
We will make every effort to honor your request. Please include the details of your request with your purchase order. Please be aware that a rush order handling fee may apply. Please contact us for details.

Can I cancel my wholesale order?
Please send any cancellations in writing on the same day that the order is submitted. This will ensure that your order is not shipped. 

What is Cryo Therapy’s wholesale pricing schedule?

How do I pay for my wholesale order?
Payment will typically be required prior to shipping and can be made via credit card or ACH. In the event payment is not required prior to shipping, Cryo Therapy will send your invoice when your order is shipped. Payment is required within 30 days of the date of the shipment. Payment must be made via check or money order to the address shown on your invoice, or you can contact us to make a credit card or ACH payment.

Does Cryo Therapy assess late fees?
Payment is required within 30 days of your wholesale shipment date. A fee of 1.25% of the invoice balance will be added to your balance each month the invoice remains unpaid unless other arrangements have been agreed to by us in writing. We reserve the right to hold shipments on delinquent accounts.

What is the returned check fee?
A fee of $20 will be assessed for checks returned for any reason.

How do I address billing questions?

How do I know Cryo Therapy has received my wholesale order?
If you provide an email address on your purchase order, we will send an email confirming receipt of your order within 48 hours. Otherwise, you can contact us at [email protected] to inquire about your order status.

How will Cryo Therapy ship my wholesale order?
Cryo Therapy ships orders by UPS Ground shipping. Other shipping methods may be available; please contact us with your requests.

How do I pay for wholesale shipping?
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice unless you include your UPS shipping account number on your purchase order.

What about insurance against shipping damage?
Once an order is shipped, Cryo Therapy cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit. Therefore, you may wish to purchase shipping insurance. Please indicate your request for shipping insurance on your purchase order. Your invoice will include the insurance charges.

Does Cryo Therapy “mark up” shipping costs?
No. Cryo Therapy charges only the shipping costs charged by the carrier. Any handling fees (such as for rush orders) will be listed as a separate line item on your invoice.

What is the return policy?
Cryo Therapy provides a 2-year warranty on Cryocup®. If Cryocup® is defective, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. We will replace the defective product within 30 days after we receive your return, and we will credit your invoice appropriately for shipping.

All other returns must also have an RMA number. Items must be in new condition. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns of non-defective product after 15 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number or after 30 days.  

If there is an error in your shipment, please contact us and we will correct the error at no cost to you. Discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days of the receipt of your shipment.

How do I clean CRYOCUP®?
Remove all ice from the unit, then separate the handle from the base. Dampen a clean cloth or paper towel with warm water and apply hand soap; alternatively, you can use rubbing alcohol or a disinfectant of your choice. Scrub the handle and base separately, rinse thoroughly, and set aside to dry or towel-dry. Reassemble the unit by inserting the handle firmly and evenly into the base.
