Directions for Use
  • CRYOCUP is not a medical device. Use ice massage only when directed by your health care professional.
  • Continuous circular movement is necessary to prevent skin damage when performing ice massage.
  • Always limit ice massage to 10-12 minutes per application.
  • Stop ice massage when the skin is numb.
  • Stop ice message if excessive discomfort develops.
  • Some individuals are allergic to ice or cold. If hives develop when skin is exposed to ice, discontinue contact with ice and seek medical attention.

  • Press handle evenly and firmly into base.
  • Fill completely with water and freeze.
  • Briefly run warm water over the CRYOCUP base.
  • Gently twist the base to separate it from the handle.
  • Before re-freezing, clear out all old ice and use all liquid water.

  • Remove all ice by running it under warm water.
  • Separate the CRYOCUP base from its handle.
  • Apply a cleaning agent to a soft cloth or paper towel. You may use hand soap with warm water, or rubbing alcohol.
  • Scrub both base and handle thoroughly, rinse, and set aside to dry.
